Day 2

Today I woke up at 0500 then went back to bed until 0709.

Didn't snack 



100 pushups
25 x 20 x 20 x 20 15x

100 situps
50 x 50 x

squats 

50 x 50 x

Accomplished 3 of my 5 item to do list.

Consciously maintained good posture. 

Took a cold shower.

Bed by 2115.

Day 1

Dressed well and was complimented on doing so.

Accomplished 4 of my 5 item to do list.

Consciously maintained good posture. 

Took a cold shower.

Bed by 2200.

Day 0

Today is day 0. This is the day prior to beginning the 30 Days of Discipline 'bootcamp' for self discipline as described in Victor Pride's eBook. 


Today I will cut my hair short, so it's neater and easier to wash.

Today I will take my first cold shower, so I know what to expect over the next 30 days.

Today I will get my things in order so that my environment is clear. 


Tonight I will study the guide, eat well, rest well and prepare for tomorrow. 


Tomorrow I will start the plan.
